RATES

Our firm bills at $425 per hour in 5 minute increments. We work on a retainer system and your retainer will be held in trust and billed against as work is completed. Most retainers are between $5,000 and $15,000 depending on case complexity. However, there are always exceptions, both on the lower and higher end and this information is provided only as this is usually a question at the forefront of a potential client’s mind. There can be flexibility around retainers and the firm’s rule of thumb is that we will likely agree to any plan for funding a retainer that we believe will happen.

Consults are billed at the regular rate and are typically one hour.
